I have spent more than a decade working in healthcare and clinical research, supporting work that contributes to medical advancement and patient care. That experience shaped my appreciation for evidence-informed wellness while reinforcing the importance of caring for the whole person, not only the physical aspects of well-being, but emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions as well.
Souling Roots Wellness grew from a deeply personal realization: healing is not about fixing one part of ourselves. It is about learning to care for the whole person.
During a season of grief, I found myself searching for ways to move forward and feel grounded again. Movement, meditation, journaling, affirmations, mindfulness, and intentional self-care became part of that process.
Over time, I learned that well-being is often built through small, consistent acts of compassion toward ourselves. That experience shaped the work I now offer through Souling Roots Wellness—support designed to help others slow down, reconnect, and create practices that feel sustainable in real life.
This business was not created overnight. It grew from patience, self-awareness, discipline, grace, and a belief that people deserve support that honors the whole of who they are.
I don't believe wellness begins when life becomes easier. I believe it begins the moment we choose to care for ourselves with intention. My goal isn't to tell you what wellness should look like. It's to create a space where you feel supported as you discover what it can look like for you.
