Cancellation Policy

1. Session Booking and Payments: - All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. - Payment for individual sessions and package deals is required at the time of booking and must be made upfront. 2. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. - Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee of 10.00$. 3. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any fees. - If rescheduling in less than 8 hours, the cancellation fee of 10.00$ will apply. 4. Health and Safety: - Clients are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially those with pre-existing health conditions. - It is the client’s responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns prior to each session. 5. Technology Requirements: - Clients must have a stable internet connection and a device capable of video conferencing (computer, tablet, or smartphone). - It is recommended to join sessions in a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully engage without distractions. 6. Group Policies: - Please log in at least 5-10 minutes early to ensure a timely start. - All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment during sessions. - Microphones should be muted during the session to minimize background noise, but participants are encouraged to unmute when asking questions or interacting. 7. Feedback and Communication: - We welcome feedback and encourage open communication. Please feel free to share your experience or any suggestions with us. 8. Changes to Policy: - We reserve the right to update this policy as necessary. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or during sessions. 9.
